Arlene Avila, Student Representative

Arlene Avila

Arlene Avila attends Ontario High School where she has devoted her time to leadership programs such as ASB, Jaguar News Network, and The American Legion Auxiliaries California Girls’ State. Along with her commitments to leadership programs she also dedicates time to her academics where she has partaken in Honors/AP classes since freshman year. Arlene is constantly described as the person who has a benevolent personality. Therefore, when she isn’t visibly supporting her campus, for example when planning the PH prom and ASB rallies, she does her part in assuring everyone at OHS feels seen.

Though at this time she has not decided on her future university of choice, Arlene plans on attending a 4-year university to major in Political Science and minor in Environmental Sustainable studies in which she hopes to advocate for future generations. Arlene is honored to be a part of the Chaffey Joint Union High school District Board and hopes to use her loving and compassionate attitude to work alongside the Board and support student success on and off-campus.
