Work Week/Duty Hours: Monday thru Friday; 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.                                      
Salary: Range 27; $29.93-$35.77 per hr.

Qualifications

Education/Certification/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; three (3) years clerical experience in an educational setting.

Desired Qualification:

Prior school registrar experience; knowledge of current student information system.

One-on-One Inst. Asst. (7 hrs.)      Locations: Multiple Sites                

Work Days: 180                  To begin: 24-25 School Yr.

Work Week/Duty Hours: Mon thru Fri; Hours; TBD                                   

Salary: Range 16; $24.49 - $29.40 per hr.


QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certification/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; and one of the following:

  • An associates or higher college degree
  • The equivalent of at least two years of college credit (48 semester units)
  • Pass the Chaffey Academic Assessment Test



Licenses and other requirements:

Valid California Driver’s License. Driving record acceptable to the District’s insurance carrier. (Proof of driver’s license and driving record must be submitted by the successful candidate(s) at time of hire.)


Desired Qualification:

Experience working with individuals who have special needs; valid First Aid & CPR certificates.
