Students, here are some troubleshooting tips for your Chromebooks. If this does not solve your problem, please call the Tech Hotline at (909) 946-8226. Leave a message with your name, phone number, school name, and description of the problem.
 
If your Chromebook has a physical problem, such as a missing key, dead battery, or faulty charger, you may visit your site library before/after school or at your lunch.

POWERWASH Instructions

This will force a complete software to reload and erase all information on the Chromebook’s hard drive, including all files in downloads. Files stored in Google Drive and OneDrive will NOT be deleted.
