Chaffey High School

Chaffey High School has made considerable improvements in reducing water usage by reconstructing the landscape quadrants on campus. The replacement of manual irrigation valves with automatic valves and the use of reclaimed water for turf and landscaping increase efficiency. The use of mulch reduces evaporation and holds moisture in planters and tree wells. Weather sensitive controllers programed with cycle and soak intervals allow better absorption and reduces run off. Chaffey High Schools beautiful historic campus is an outstanding example of a successful modernization.
