Please Note: Per Collective Bargaining Agreement, Article 7, Section 7.4.1 The employee must complete his/her initial twelve (12) months of employment before becoming eligible to apply for other positions available to inside applicants. If a position is posted and available to the outside applicants, a probationary employee may apply for the open position. Prior evaluations will be provided to the Management Supervisor.

Speech Language Pathology Asst.      Location: Spec Ed       Work Days: 180           To begin: A.S.A.P.

Work Week/Duty Hours: Monday thru Friday; 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.       Salary: Range 30; $26.18 - $31.21 per hr.

Qualifications

Education/Certification/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent, AA Degree or 48 semester units from an accredited institution of higher education or Pass the Chaffey Academic Assessment Test; valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant certificate; one (1) year experience providing speech and language therapy in a clinical or educational setting.

Licenses and other requirements:
Valid California driver’s license
Driving record acceptable to the District’s insurance carrier
Must provide own transportation.
(Proof of driver’s license and driving record must be submitted by the successful candidate(s) at time of hire)

Desired Qualification:
One year of fulltime employment experience in a California school district or County Office of Education.

Library Media Technician                Location: CoHS                  Work Days: 201                 To begin: As Soon As Possible

Work Week/Duty Hours: Monday thru Friday; 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.                                      Salary: Range 24; $23.50 - $28.13 per hr.

Qualifications

Education/Certification/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; one (1) year educational or clerical experience; and, one of the following:

 An associates or higher college degree.

 The equivalent of at least two years of college credit (48 semester units).

 Pass the Chaffey Academic Assessment Test.

Licenses and other requirements:

Library Technology Certificate; current data base and office technology.
