Qualifications

Education/Certification/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; four (4) years of office/secretarial experience in an educational setting.

Licenses and other requirements:
|Valid California Driver’s License.
Driving record acceptable to the District insurance carrier.

Desired Qualification:
Secretarial experience at a school site.

Qualifications

Education/Certification/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; one (1) year educational or clerical experience; and, one of the following:

  • An associates or higher college degree.
  • The equivalent of at least two years of college credit (48 semester units).
  • Pass the Chaffey Academic Assessment Test.

Library Technology Certificate; current data base and office technology.

Qualifications

Education/Certification/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; experience with young adults in an educational setting.

Valid CPR Certification.
Valid First Aid Certification.

Desired Qualification:
Two (2) years experience in a secondary educational setting; Drug Abuse Recognition (DAR) training; Self defense certification.

Account Technician II 50%      Salary: Range 27; $25.43 - $30.40 per hr.

Qualifications

Education/Certification/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; two (2) years experience involving financial or statistical record-keeping.

Desired Qualification:
Course work in accounting and finance; prior school district experience in related field. There will be an assessment as part of the selection process.

Clerical Specialist II 50%    Salary: Range 17; $21.21 - $25.43 per hr.

Qualifications

Education/Certification/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; one (1) year clerical experience and knowledge of current computer applications.

Licenses and other requirements:
Some positions in this class may be required to possess a first aid certificate and/or bilingual skills.

Desired Qualification:
Experience using student database systems.
